    • Teams that use AI to uncover patterns, perspectives, and possibilities that might otherwise go unnoticed.

    • Leaders who can thoughtfully navigate emerging questions about AI, learning, ethics, and school culture.

  • From reactive initiatives to adaptive, collaborative, future-ready systems.

    • One priority moved from intention into practice, with your team aligned behind it.

    • More collaborative, reflective decision-making when things get complex

    • Shared stories that keep change momentum moving forward

Two Pathways. One Focus.

Your school commits to one area of change. You join a community to bring it to life.

Who is the Annual Partnership for?

You are a school leader, head of school, or administrator ready to move a strategic priority into action.

Your school is navigating AI, change leadership, or student flourishing — and needs your whole team moving together.

You want to build capacity for change.

Schools are not short on ideas, talent, or commitment.

What they often need is the structure and time to turn professional learning into purposeful change.

Educators making progress on this are doing it together.

How It Works

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Cohorts provide structured opportunities to learn alongside educators from other schools. Throughout the year, Evolution Academy offers three cohort terms. Participants may register for one cohort experience per term on a first-come, first-serve basis. Cohorts include facilitated conversations, peer feedback, and opportunities to apply learning directly to your school context.

  • No. Pathways help organize learning around common areas of interest and strategic priorities, but schools and participants can access a broad library of courses, cohorts, and learning experiences. Your consultation helps identify the opportunities most relevant to your goals.

  • Problems-of-Practice Communities bring together school leaders working on similar challenges around AI in Education and leading change. These small groups meet regularly throughout the year to share ideas, test approaches, receive feedback, and learn from one another's experiences.

Each annual partnership receives one leader seat in a problem-of-practice community.

  • Every school defines success differently. During your consultation, we work with you to identify what meaningful progress would look like in your context.

Schools may document evidence through artifacts, reflection, implementation stories, demonstrations of learning, case studies, or other indicators that matter to their community.
